Working with Craven Group, our initial brief was to refresh business presentations and create a 50th anniversary showcase brochure. We saw the opportunity to move their brand identity forwards to better reflect their business market. A successful pitch presentation led to a complete rebrand and roll out, website refresh and an additional brochure ~ pocket sized and book bound ~ to take to MIPIM, the leading international real estate fair in Cannes, France ~ all to be done in just two months to be ready for MIPIM and their 50th anniversary!
Results. The new brand identity, supported by the positioning line ‘Cherishing heritage, creating the future’ visually moves City & Country on from an identity more akin to a standard building company, firmly positioning the company as the niché heritage developers they truly are.
