Prologis is the UK’s leading developer and owner of industrial and logistics property. Working with Lisa Christmas in conjunction with Wylde Interior Architecture and Solutions from Artworks, we gave art direction overall and were responsible for concepts and design for digital wallpapers, acoustic walls and screens and manifestations for their new UK Head Office at Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, Birmingham.
First floor staff breakout and cafe areas are vibrant, fresh and playful, extending the Prologis colour palette, whilst informal use meeting rooms celebrate brands made famous in Birmingham: Birds Custard, Cadbury, Dunlop, HP Sauce, Jaguar and Typhoo.
In contrast, the main Prologis reception area features a moss wall and ground floor external use client facing meeting rooms have gravitas and confidence, showcasing the best of Prologis UK logistic parks.
Results. Work life balance. Working from the office is the preferred option!
