Prologis RFI DIRFT launch
This is logistics at another level
Prologis is the UK’s leading developer and owner of industrial and logistics property. Prologis RFI DIRFT is the UK’s premier rail served logistics hub with a new rail terminal that will link to the existing Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) infrastructure.
Working with Lisa Christmas, for the launch of DC115, the first new ‘ready to occupy’ logistics space at this phase of the development, we created an invitation, complete with balloon reveal. Agents were invited to breakfast and a hot air balloon ride over Prologis RFI DIRFT to take in the view and see the scale of this unrivalled rail and road location from another perspective.
Agents also gained a ground level perspective with a tour of the building. Multiple helium filled one meter diameter balloons displaying key connectivity messages in the vast warehouse space created impact and further tied into the balloon theme.
Activities included the opportunity to win a Tesla car for the weekend to highlight the building’s specification inclusion of a rooftop solar installation generating 10 percent of the building’s regulated energy, feeding into Tesla storage batteries.
Results. Gathering momentum! A launch event with high and ground level perspective and successful uplift.
